When drilling small diameter, deep holes, the problem has always been how to make a chip which can be flushed from the cutting area of the tool without causing injury to the tool, machine or the operation.

Hamilton Tool's new Jet-Stream "Chip-Splitter" design, solves the problem with great drilling speed and accuracy utilizing indexable and replaceable inserts. Coolant Induced drills with Internal Chip Exhaust ranging in sizes from .600 diameter through 1.875 diameter are available. All industry standard threads or special threads and shanks made to customer specifications upon request.
